49er (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "49er") operates an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 49er and you (the member or user).

Your 49er account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Change your password regularly and never share it with anyone.

• You must use the correct email address and password to log in to your account.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 49er support immediately.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• Identity verification is required to make any changes to your account details.
• Inactive accounts (no login for more than 12 months) may be temporarily suspended.

All members must follow the rules below before placing bets on 49er. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so please double-check everything before placing your bet.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each bet and may vary by event and market.
• Odds can change rapidly during live betting. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 49er reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• For parlay or accumulator bets, all selections must be correct for the winnings to be paid out.
• The cash-out feature is available on selected events, and the offered value is determined by 49er.

49er strives to keep betting odds fair and competitive at all times. However, odds naturally fluctuate with market conditions. Betting is a risky activity and winning is never guaranteed.

49er supports all of Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000 per day.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes, though verification may extend processing time to up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, 49er may place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation.
